1- cysto. stent exchange, bladder biopsy, fulguration- s2
2- diagnostic knee arthroscopy- observation
Day 2:
1- TURBT, left ureterscopy, bx fulguration & stent placement- s1
2- cysto. bx and fulguration- s1
3- TURBT, ureteroscopy- s1
WEEK 2
Day 1: Clinical Site #1
1- bilateral stent exchange- s1
2- prostate bx- s1
Day 2:
1- lap chole- s2
2- TURBT with bx- s1
WEEK 3
Day 1: Clinical Site #1
1- sacral neuro mod. stage 1- s1 ❤
2- sacral neuro mod. stage 1- s1 ❤
3- cysto. right ureteroscopy laser litho-stent- s1
4- cysto. right ureteroscopy laser litho-stent- s2
Notes: be more confident with everything. opening, setting up, etc. you’re doing good.
Day 2:
1- TURP- s1 ❤
2- cysto. bx fulguration- s1
3- c-section wound exploration- s1
4- suction d&c- s1
5- left ureteroscopy left laser-litho- s1
WEEK 4
Day 1: Clinical Site #1
1- sacral neuro mod. stage 2- s1 ❤
2- sacral neuro mod. stage 2- s1 ❤
3- cysto. left stent exchange- s1 ❤
4- LAVH with SO- s1
5- lap appy- s1
Day 2:
1- lap chole- s1
2- incisional hernia repair with mesh- s1
3- arthroscopy of right knee- s1 ❤
Notes: did VERY good on setups, starting to anticipate. good week.
WEEK 5:

1- TAH-BSO- s1

1- lap tubal- s1
2- diagnostic hysteroscopy (took out IUD)- s1
3- left ureteroscopy laser litho stent- s1
4- left nephrostomy tube exchange- s1
WEEK 6:

1- removal of peritoneal dialysis catheter- s1
2- right eye cataract- s1
3- left eye cataract- s1 ❤

5- excision of right upper extremity melanoma w/lymph node bx- s2 ❤

7- incision & drainage of abdomen wall abscess – s1
Day 2:

WEEK 8:
Day 1:
1- excision right shoulder mass- s1 ❤
2- diagnostic hysteroscopy w/removal of IUD- s1 ❤
3- hysteroscopy d&c w/cervical cone bx- s1
4- laparotomy w/left oophorectomy- s2
5- diagnostic hysteroscopy w/morcellation- s1

1- port placement
WEEK 9:

1- TURP- s1 ❤
2- sacral neuro mod. stage 2- s1 (scrubbed by myself) ❤
3- sacral neuro mod. stage 1- s1 (scrubbed by myself) ❤
4- right eye cataract- s1

Day 2:
1- PERSONAL DAY
WEEK 10:
Day 1: clinical site #2
1- right inguinal hernia w/mesh plug- s1
2- cervical cone bx- s1
3- excision of left recurring labial abscess- s1
4- robotic-assisted lap. left inguinal hernia w/mesh- s2
Day 2:
1- left total hip arthroplasty direct anterior approach- s2 ❤
2- robotic-assisted left total knee arthroplasty- s2
3- left total hip arthroplasty direct anterior approach- s2
WEEK 11:
Day 1: clinical site #2
1- umbilical hernia- s1
2- right breast lumpectomy w/sentinal node bx- s1
3- complete thyroidectomy- s1
4- left breast lumpectomy w/sentinal node bx- s1
Day 2:
1- left revision carpal tunnel release, left ulnar nerve decompression vs transposition at the elbow- s2
2- LAVH bilateral salpingectomy- s2
3- diagnostic laparoscopy- s1
4- robotic-assisted lap. right inguinal hernia repair w/mesh- s2
